In this article, I would like to explain one of the least understood concepts in Oracle Workflows. This is related to the Access Level/Customization Preservation in Oracle Workflows, and will be explained using a power point presentation.
The idea here is to help you preserve your customizations that are done to Standard Oracle Workflows.
Although doing customizations to standard products are not supported, however Oracle is somewhat relaxed when it comes to customization made to Workflows. In fact every implementation project involves some level of customization to the Account Generator workflow.

It is indeed time to stop using CUSTOM.pll If you are on 11.5.10, then it is important for development team to enforce the usage of Forms Personalization over CUSTOM.pll, where possible.
Most of the things that can be done using CUSTOM.pll can now be done via Forms Personalization. However there are certain gaps for which we have no option but to rely on CUSTOM.pll

There are a handful of options available to Email the output of a Concurrent Request from eBusiness Suite. In this article we will see three different options that are available to us, so that output of the Concurrent Program can be sent as an email attachment.
Hereby I would also like to share the contribution from Mr Santosh Moturu. My sincere thanks to Santosh, as he has been kind enough to send a PDF that provides step by step instruction with PL/SQL code, that Emails output of a XMLP request using PL/SQL.
